We have technicians who are certified in carpet cleaning, water restoration, and odor control. This certification is through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) who is responsible for certifying cleaners in the carpet cleaning industry.
Most carpet cleaning companies do not go through the expense or hassle to certify their technicians through the IICRC. We consider it an honor to be invited into a customer’s home and want to provide the very best in knowledge, attitude, and professionalism, so we get the training!
